The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement option of five years each.
Array Skin Therapy franchises are not currently being offered for locations in Hawaii, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota,
North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin or to residents of those states.
